Our colleagues at Shenzhen Tecron Safety Shanghai Material Technology have worked with diligence and perseverance to develop the new materials. They obtained two new patents: Flame Retardant Waterproof Fabric Made of Recycled PET (Patent No. ZL 2020 2 2197880.X) and Flame Retardant Work Wear Fabric Made of Recycled PET (Patent No ZL 2020 2 2188467.7). The recycled protective fabrics are made of waste plastic bottles. Inspired by the new concept of green low carbon living, the two new patents have opened up new arenas of applications for recycled textiles, and contributes to the reduction of plastic waste, to protect our environment and our planet in which we live. 

The application for the patents were submitted in 2020 and were successfully granted patents in 2021 By China National Intellectual Property Administration. They are the latest achievements of the company as a result of its emphasis and persistence in circular economy and R & D, which are serving as a strong support for business development, and which have led to much attention and trial use in the protective clothing industry.
